What is Created to Worship?

I am, at my core, a worshiper of God. God has equipped me to be a teacher and encourager, and it is through his strength, using the gifts that he has given me, that I can live a life of worship through serving his people.
Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace... 1 Peter 4:10
MISSION STATEMENT
Everyone, no matter their culture, personality, or walk in life, is born to know and worship God. Created to Worship exists to support both concepts: learning what it means to truly know God, and then, from that knowing, to truly worship God.
The means to assisting others to know and worship God:
1. World Arts Education – Training missionaries in the World Arts program at Dallas International University to go into the world and assist others to engage with Scripture through the arts and discover the worship voice within their culture.
2. Spiritual formation – Training followers of God to develop a healthy spiritual relationship which will withstand the attacks of the enemy, the hurts of the world, and the difficulties of life.
3. Field Work – Assisting cultures to know God and worship Him through culturally relevant means.
4. Worship Education – Creating ongoing worship education through website interaction and consultation services.
If the stars were made to worship so will I
If the mountains bow in reverence so will I
If the oceans roar Your greatness so will I
For if everything exists to lift You high so will I
If the wind goes where You send it so will I
If the rocks cry out in silence so will I
If the sum of all our praises still falls shy
Then we’ll sing again a hundred billion times

About Us
.jpg)
My name is Dr. Beth Argot and I am a lover of God and a lover of His people. That is the heart of who I am and the heart of my ministry. My greatest desire is to know and worship God with my life and to help others to do the same.
I am a storyteller by nature. I see life in stories. We remember stories long after sermon topics are gone. God shows Himself and his involvement in our lives through our stories, so these narratives should be shared with one another as encouragement. My story is long and filled with examples of God's faithfulness as He designed a unique path for my life. I pray that as I share my ministry and my path, you will be encouraged through the stories of God's loving guidance through many years of a life trying to life faithfully for Him.
My training includes bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Music (Messiah College and Ohio State University respectively), and a doctorate in Worship Studies (Robert E. Webber Institute of Worship Studies) as well as multiple church ministry positions across the USA as Music & Worship Director and Creative Arts Director. I also taught for many years as a college professor, training musicians and worship pastors. I currently serve as a Worship & Arts Missionary, teaching World Arts at Dallas International University in Dallas, Texas where I live with my wonderful husband, Doug. We have four grown children and two amazing grandsons!
